Reflections:

The day started with prayer and good thought. 

Digitization of library : - Important task for the librarian. How to plan and create digital library.

NCPCR & POCSO : Act/Law, Child Rights, Reporting & , Punishment.

Visited to A.C. Joshi Library under Panjab University. After that visited to market sector-17, Chandigarh.

Day-7

 Reflecions:

Session started with very much informative and highly needed topics : - Cyber Threats & Security.

Learnt to know how to be safe and secure using Android phones, Internet, Laptop etc.

Librarian's Diary is a tool to show the performance of whole session activities, assignment, work done etc. for us. It was a very helpful session.

Canva : For presentation, displaying pictures with beautiful effects.

Day-6

Reflections:

Started with marvelous assembly by team Bibliophile.

After that Changing role of the school library and librarians session learnt many lessons for performing my work effectively and made me aware that the multitasking role of librarians in today's digitization era. There was immense learning at the session of mental well-being and stress management. How to get rid of all stress and maintain balance between work and personal life.

I wanted to learn about Ms Publisher, which I learnt through making e-newsletter.

At last Editorial Committee was held to discuss the editorial agenda of ISC for Librarian 16 Jan to 5 Feb 2023.

Reflections:

School Cinema concept was not only attractive but also highly informative. It gave me the idea of imparting valuable knowledge to the students through animation.

NEP 2020 : Another important and interesting session made me aware of the sea changes in education field is going to witness. The surprise factor for me was how Learning Outcomes can be mentioned in Library Diary. I got to know the importance of  keeping these records also in library.

Web Tools to create Virtual Library is also todays demand. Library as 'Third Place where user can come to exlore, imagine, think, learn, play and reflect. It is also a platform to collaborate to form new ideas.

HandsOn session was helpful. It provide the chance to execute what I learnt during the session.

Day 3

Reflections:

Session started with Recap through Quizizz. Got to know the Leader's Quality of Librarian. A hardworking leader with a strong understanding of all areas of academic. Different types of leadership and also got to know about the duties performed by Librarian as Leader.

After that a fruitful session was about Work, Balance & Ethics. Thru this I learnt about to maintain the balance amongst work, family, friends, own passion and moreover myself.

In E-Granthalaya session Sunil Sir solved our some practical problems of e-Granthalaya-3.0 and discussed the features of e-Granthalaya-4.

At last another fruitful and very important practical session was Library Blog in Wordpress by Faisal Sir. Usually I confused to update my Library Blog and so many queries also. But in this session I also got to solve my basic problems of  Library Blog.

Day 2

Reflections:

* School Safety session was very effective and informative because we are often not mindful about this. Safety in the scenario of the Library was beneficial for school and students.

* Library Policy Guidelines and Procedure Manual : - Duties of Librarian like procedure for acquiring book, budget, committee, staff, equipment, furniture, reading promotion, stock verification, weeding of books etc.

* Stretching Exercises also input me energy and freshness.  

* Learnt to make Digital Portfolio through Blogger and WordPress.

Day 1

Relections:

Coming to ZIET Chandigarh to attend 21 Days Inservice Course from 16th Janauary to 5th February, 2022. Inaugration by Deep Prajwalan, Prayer, Welcome to Dignitaries and Participants of nine regions.

A short session was Introduction about all participants. Then we got to know the Objectives of Inservice Course, i.e. New Scenario of Library, Transformation: Personality, Skills etc. After that we interact with other participants.

A very new and informative session was Digital(Online) Portfolio. For making that we have to give assignment to make it with pages and posts of 21-days activities.
